Origins: This angel subtype came about when a group of Celestines took up a group of angels that had crossed over to Lucandria. The Celestines figured they'd make for great attendants for the court of Venus, and after centuries of good eating and lavish living they grew to be what you see today.

Basic info for Writing

In essence, cherubs do not grow or breed like other Pae but are instead manifestations of Dolandor’s divine energy, forming in response to love and joy and existing as long as those emotions sustain them.

Cherubs are often seen as joyful and mischievous, with a natural charisma that makes them sought-after companions, performers, and attendants. However, they are not bound to servitude. Many cherubs willingly serve Venus’ court, taking roles as maids, butlers, messengers, DJs, and event organizers, particularly during grand celebrations like the annual Valentine’s festival in Las Venus. Others choose different paths, becoming musicians, poets, or even wandering matchmakers who travel beyond Dolandor to spread joy and passion.

While Cherubs may appear small and childlike, they are not naïve. They possess wisdom beyond their appearance, and though they are often playful, they can also be deeply philosophical about love, life, and purpose.

Cherubs do not breed like normal Pae. Instead a Cherub and a Pae who have a platonic relationship can sprout a Cherub back home in Dolandor due to their platonic love and joy. “You like cookiethieves? So do I! DID WE JUST BECOME BEST FRIENDS!?” two more show up in Dolandor.

Cherubs are not lustful and do not fall in love in the same way Pae do. To be frank, because they look like children we ask that players tend away from these elements while playing them to refrain from possible pedophilic situations.
