Telrunya offers characters a chance to ascend into myth. Through the narrative-based stages of Hallowed and Luminary, your character can become a world-shaping figure, their journey echoing the bones of the Hero’s Journey and the soul of collaborative storytelling.
Hallowed Stage
The Hallowed are no longer ordinary. They have answered the call and left comfort behind.
Requirements
Personalization Questionnaire – Fill out your character's form with in-depth goals, traits, and fears.
10 Activity Roleplays – Establishing your character as a known figure in the world. Examples:
- Sparring with a rival.
- Attending a festival.
- Taking on a bounty.
- Saving a civilian.
- Running a business or temple.
1 Meta/Event Participation – Join an official world plot or site-wide event. Examples:
- Stopping enemy advancement
- Taint related events
- All Notices and firesides that include plot advancment
3 Required Notices:
- Call to Action — Something disrupts the status quo.
- Mentor — Someone offers knowledge, wisdom, or warning.
- Crossing the Threshold — The character makes a life-changing choice.
1 Solo Reactionary Post (800-1000 words) A reflective piece processing the above journey.
Player Perks
IC Title or recognition.
Added to the Hallowed Roster.
Invited to deeper meta events.
Considered for IC leadership roles.
Luminary Stage
The Luminary is a force of fate. Whether saint or monster, they shape the future.

- Leading a rebellion.

3-4 Notice Posts Representing Inner Journey:
- Approach the Inmost Cave — Preparing for the greatest test.
- Ordeal — A symbolic or literal “death.”
- Reward — A revelation or boon.

- Vision, memory, or future confrontation.
